The page you are looking for no longer exists. And it doesn’t exist for 2 reasons.

1. I’m no longer a “Loan Agent” due to the fact that I spend the bulk of my time in NC during the winter months and in NC there are procedures for a person to be a Loan Agent. That procedure is that one be “Licensed by the state of NC” to gather and handle your personal information. I am not licensed to do so which in turn made this an illegal activity for me.
2. And with me not being licensed to do so, I felt a better “legal” way for me to invest my time was to focus on driving, yes I drive Semi’s and on hiring sales agents to sell advertising spots in the 4 City business directories that I own.

However, with that being said, there will be “referral links” with either my affiliate ID or sold ad space to other affiliates linking to other institutions for you to utilize at your leisure. And those affiliate links will garish me or the other person / affiliate a small commission if you choose to click and follow the links.  Will I be starting my own Loan Agency/ Firm / Business? Erm, NO.
